Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The hotel did not deliver what advertised on Expedia. The room was just been bug spray and heavily toxic chemicals smells when the host says the room is ready at to check in at 2:00pm. We were tired from traveling and they already charged my credit card I feel like I can aired out the room. I booked a two bedroom with kitchen, there were a kitchen but have NO utensils and not even a coffee cup. The shower was clogged and flooded in one bathroom. The fume that was sprayed smells into the next day. The hotel was not cheap and located in a not convenient location, either long walk or taxi. This hotel did not deliver services for the price of 5 stars.
