Little gem.
Fabulous little hotel that delivers in so many respects. Spacious room and spacious en-suite. Small balcony- too hot to sit there! Contemporary swimming pool with sun beds in shade - who would sunbathe in that heat/sun! New spa very nice and good value. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Free bikes and on edge of town near to the beautiful beach of An Bang, just 3 km away. 25 minutes walk to old town but taxis very cheap if preferred. Exceptional value for money. Higher recommend.

Lovely little villa with pleasant staff, view from rooms isn't the best but overall fantastic. Love the breakfast and airport pickup.

Lovely staff, great hotel
Nice hotel, offer free pushbike hire. Rooms were lovely, a little worn in places but they were great nevertheless. Beds comfy, ac worked well, bathroom was great. We went on a tour on our last day and they let us use a shower even though we had already checked out. Would stay here again if ever in Hoi An.

Hotel is a little outside Hoi An but staff offered us bike rentals to get to centre of town. This place wasn't spectacular but decent value for money and staff were helpful. Rooms were lean and comfortable.

Good affordable hotel
We enjoyed our stay. With a scooter it isn't far from both the beaches, port and old town. The staff are very helpful. We did have an issue with an overflowing toilet which was promptly fixed when raised with reception. The showers only have hot water for a very short time before switching to warm water which may be an issue for some. Breakfast consisted of Pho or Congee/Noodles, and the usual fruit, cereals and freshly fried eggs upon request. For $31AUD a night it is worth it.

Good facility, the room is well furnished. The bedding and mattress are excellent that I was sleeping like a baby! The location is a little bit far but still in walking distance 15-20 mins, the quietness is worth for that location though. The buffet breakfast is good especially the freshly fruit

Older style Boutique Hotel
We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights .Its about 15 mins walk from the central part of Hoi An .The staff are lovely and attentive .Our room was small but very clean and had a small balcony with 2 chairs .Breakfast came with the room which was a very basic buffet with average coffee ..Eggs done the way you liked was also available .I feel that the outside area of the Hotel could be used to provide maybe cocktails or drinks and snacks as it has a great pool and outside chairs and tables .Overall a pleasant stay .

Great value
At £17 a night for a double room and breakfast for two this was great value. A clean modern hotel on the edge of town and rooms with all mod cons. Good Wifi and a 15 min walk to tourist area. Staff were helpful, booked a cycling tour for us, car back to Da Nang and train ticket to Saigon without any fuss. Lots of fresh fruit, coffee and toast etc for breakfast, cooked was limited to eggs or local food. We would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget or not.

The best thing about this hotel ..
The reception staff excelled in all areas..very welcoming and professional at all times. Just a suggestion..perhaps the owners could put an umbrella in each room..there were not enough to go round in the Rainey Season.. Reception staff did their best and loaned us additional rainwear.

We had a lovely time at this hotel for two nights while we visited Hoi Anh. The staff are very helpful and attentive, the receptionists Thao and Kieu spoke fluent English and could recommend the best places for everything in Hoi Anh. We arrived a day after a typhoon but the hotel was on a higher ground location and not effected, although some of the Old Town was still flooded, but we still had a day with no rain and were able to see a lot of the old streets just by walking around from the hotel. A really good experience different to the bigger places in Vietnam to see some history and how people live in these areas. The hotel seems quite secure and safe, and we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Great hotel room. Friendly staff.
The hotel is situated within a comfortable walking distance to the Hoi An city centre and the rooms are clean, spacious and with beautiful marble bathrooms. There is a small pool that we used and the breakfast selection is limited but delicious (especially the fruit, with many varieties to choose from.) However the thing that made our stay from good to great were all the staff there including Kieu, Thanh and Hien. They were always so warm and welcoming and introduced us to many different tour options and classes without being pushy. They also marked on a map all of their recommendations for food, tailoring and sightseeing and were just great hosts. Thank you so much!

The staff were amazing. Rooms were big and clean. It is about 2km to the beach or 1km into town. We hired bicycle each day so the ride in was super easy. Really happy with our choice to stay here

Pleasant stay, room good size. Air Con not quite up to standard. Breakfast very good selection. Staff very helpful, always welcoming, especially Thanh, Kieu and Hien. Thankyou very much. Found my phone in room after checking out and arranged to send to further destination. Bit of a walk to Hoi An, 10 mins. In the heat, too far. Taxi only 20-30000 dong. NZ $2-3

Great place!
Very nice room, excellent staff, great buffet breakfast. Worth paying a bit extra for the rooms with bathtubs. This place apparently had great interior designers - the rooms are really fantastic! Outside of downtown, but walkable (about 10 minutes).

Superb!!
The staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we arrive until the day we left! My girlfriend was quite sick and Hien and the other girls made sure she had appropriate food and drinks and constantly checked in on us to see if she was ok. The hotel it's self is also top quality! It's not surprise it ranks so highly on customer feedback, it really is like staying in a 4 star hotel! Great rooms, great breakfast and the distance from town is close enough to walk but far enough away to be relaxed!

We actually booked a room that come with balcony. However, they mention the balcony will be outside our room. However, they managed to resolve fast and upgrade us to a deluxe room instead. Location might not be the best location to the places of interest. They do offer renting services for bicycle and motorbike, so that might not be an issue. Heard from our rider (Local Viet), it a new hotel

Hoi An Golden Bell
The hotel is on the outskirts of town and is therefore a more relaxing environment than some of the central hotels. This was just what I needed. The pool is beautiful but small. The accommodation is luxurious and the staff are very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and there was always plenty of choice. I would count myself lucky to be able to stay here again.

Cute villa walking distance from city centre
We stayed in a double bed + single bed room on the ground floor. Small hiccup when we checked in as the air con was leaking - was fixed by the time we returned at night. Distance from the toilet bowl to the wall was short - might be tricky for people with longer legs! Had a fly buzzing around the room on the firs day; probably to do with being on the ground floor. Overall a lovely villa with a cute pool, with large windows that let in great sunlight. A manageable 15min walk to the city centre even in the heat. Hien was lovely and accommodating with us. Thank you for the stay!

Wonderful stay in Hoi An
Great location close to town, but on the out skirts so you don't have the hustle and bustle. We rented the bikes and scooter from the hotel to check out the area. Breakfast was wonderful every day!

We loved this place!
We absolutely loved this place! They contacted us to arrange pick up from the airport in Da Nang and were friendly even when our plane was late and we didn't arrive at the hotel until 1am. The pool area was small but nice. The rooms were beautiful and we had a nice little balcony. We wanted to stay another night but they were full. They even offered for us to use to continue to use their pool if our new hotel didn't have one and they arranged our train with transfer from our new hotel. It was great value for our money. It's probably a 15-20 minute walk to the main area by the water but there are also lots of restaurants, shops and tailors at the end of the street.

A fantastic hotel in a great location with beautiful, friendly and helpful staff. A fresh, tasty breakfast is included. There is a clean pool with sun beds and bicycles are available for a small fee. The bedrooms and bathroom are modern and very comfortable.

No complaints at all, an overall amazing stay. Breakfast was really good with a wide buffet selection as well as eggs made to order. All staff in general were extremely friendly and helpful! Room was very nice with a well sized bathroom and good minibar selection not badly priced!
