The Estrella was ideally placed for all amenities and the beach. We had the only room with its own outside area and plunge pool which was absolutely awesome and the room itself was huge. The rooftop pool was a decent size and the staff always so happy and helpful. If there’s anything that let this hotel down was the lack of a bar.

Nice hotel, we had then top floor jacuzzi suite, very nice, clean, lots of space, expensive for this area, but very nice. It was the breakfast that was the let done, restricted, repetitive, average, cramped area for sitting which became busy very quickly, we eventually went ouiut for breakfast.

We found all the staff more than helpful with the food and beverages manger being exceptional!!! The pool area was in need of some attention with the stairway lights only going on when you are going up so be careful. The breafast was good but not much choice for Europeans. They could benefit by having bigger cups for tea and coffee as staff not that quick in refilling your cup and don't realize that people have milk in their tea and coffee. Would we stay there again most definitely great location handy to the beach with good restaurants around especially the min miro and their duck plo soup!!

I really enjoyed staying Estrella hotel. The hotel is pretty much new or renovated and staff are so friendly. Enjoyed breakfast with excellent quality. Location is closed to a main beach by less than 10 min walk. Small swimming pool but it is on rooftop with infinity style swimming pool. Recommend 100%

This is my second time staying here. I really enjoyed this place. Everything is perfect. Giang gave me a warm a nice welcome. Thong is an exeptional honest and humble guy! I lost 520k in front of the hotel, he picked it up and gave it back to me. He always had a smile on his face. Very polite and friendly. Thank you Thong!

The Estrella is a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and modern. The reception staff, especially Ms. Huong and Mr. Trinh, were warm and helpful. The location is also good. Within an easy walk to the beach and the many good restaurants in the area yet a bit away from the crush of the crowds.

We stayed 3 nights at the Estrella Hotel. The rooms are nothing like the photos online. What you'll find is a rather cramped space with a poor layout and an amusingly excessive number of light switches. First Impressions Upon entering the property, both reception and the restaurant are in the same area. It's not a welcoming space to enter. The lobby, elevators, and hallways are also very hot and rarely air-conditioned. Room We booked the superior room with windows, but nothing was Superior about this room. The space is cramped in both the bed area and especially the washroom. The room itself was clean but shows some wear and tear from previous stays. You will also hear everything in your room, the streets, other guests, construction, etc. The walls are thin. Breakfast The food wasn't very hot or very fresh, and a lot of the items were either late or not there at all. This is important for people who are utilizing this service, as many tourists have early scheduled pickups/itineraries. We ended up only having the free breakfast for 1/3 days of our stay because of how disappointing the food was. Service/Staff The staff is generally nice; however, we had one incident: upon returning after a day, the front desk attendant confronted us about a missing hand towel in the lobby without any precursor. Mind you, the towel was in the room. Found it odd and quite rude for them to confront us in the lobby, not privately either.
