Like the location, hotel in the city center, very convenient and near mini mart, store. Staff are helpful and friendly. Check in time is quick and effortlessly. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Room with nice river view. Air condition strong and bed is comfy. Bins, towels are changed daily and water bottle restocked. Overall stay is ok.

シャワー室のドアの閉まりが悪く外側へ水が漏れてましたまた電子ポットが壊れており使えませんでした。それ以外は清潔に清掃もされているので勿体ないと感じました。　　　　ホテル自体には満足しております。

강변뷰와 호텔마사지

비교적 깨끗하고 조식도 맛있게잘먹고 강변뷰의 11층 룸에서 한리버와 바다를 볼수있어 좋았네요.가성비 갑... 그리고 피로를 풀어주는 호텔 5층의 송한 마사지 경험도 정말 시원 했어요.

Clean, good service but noisy

The sound proof can be improved. Next doors were so noisy. I could hear they talk/ laugh. Otherwise the hotel is very clean and services are great

전체적으로 시설도 좋았고 갈끔했음 문제는 이호텔 1411호에 묵게된 첫날 저녁 7시쯤부터 윗층에서 의자끄는 소리에 신경이 쓰이기 시작함 8시가넘고 9시까지 계속들려 1층 프론트에 전화해 시끄러워 잘수없으니 조용히좀해달라고했음 전화끊고 5분쯤지나 갑자기 윗층에서 노래방에서나 들릴법한 반주소리와 노래소리가 들림 어이가없어 윗층으로 올라가서 뭐라하려는 순간 더 어이가 없고 기가차서 할말을 잃음 15층전체가 레스토랑이였음 말이 레스토랑이지 그냥 타일바닥에 여러개의 식탁과 의자가 있었고 노래방기계가 있었음 그날 회식을하시는지 술마시며 노래하며 말그대로 전형적인 회사 회식분위기였음 정말 어이가없어 내려와 1층 프로트에 전화해서 어떻게 숙소 바로윗층에 이런시설이있냐 난 이해할수없다 지금당장 방을바꿔달라했는데 호텔 전체 룸예약이 되어 그건 불가능하고 레스토랑 영업이 10시에 끝나니 이해해달라함 전체적으로 시설은 좋았으나 이런호텔은 처음임 혹시나 이호텔 예약하실거라면 14층위에 15층은 타일바닥에 의자와 식탁을 끌고 술마시고 노래부르는 레스토랑이있으니 14층은 피해서 예약하시길바랍니다.

Hotel is located in business district. Room is big. Close to Novotel. Going to Sky36 is only few min walking. No eating places around hotel within walking distance. Depending on your needs, if you don't mind taking a taxi to eat, this hotel is quite centrally located. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I got a room overlooking the river. Good view!
