Excellent location, totally walkable. Great breakfast, large guest room. We were in on a Saturday night above a wedding in the dining room, thankfully the music ended at 10:00 the front desk was extremely apologetic, just happy it didn’t go til the wee hours. Enjoyed it so much, we booked an extra night while we were there.

Not luxury as expected

First mistake was mine, NO AC. Provided fan broken, bath dirty, room tired. First breakfast was a few leftovers from 3 coach loads of overnight guests. After complaint, fan replaced but told as they regularly had coaches just overnight we would have to get up earlier if we wanted buffet breakfast, or ask chef for specific dish! Bed was like a rock, shower temperature intermittent and poorly stocked minibar. No USB charging points. Notices everywhere about charges for stealing stuff!!!! Carpet crunchy in places. Staff are 5*,the hotel needs a good clean and lick of paint, and to decide if it wants to be a luxury hotel or a coaching stop as it seems unable to do both. This aside, large room with lake view and small balcony. Personally will not stay again

amazing place

amazing place, great staff, wonderful breakfast my only 2 complaints are that the bed was to soft for me, so I ended up with a bad back that did not last long once I got a nice hard bed, and the other thing was the bidet hose did not have enough water pressure for me, but still an amazing place great staff, great area, would highly recommend this hotel and would still go and stay there again it is that nice

Better than a three star hotel

A lovely hotel overlooking the lake.A pleasant walk into the town.The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice.The staff were charming.Very conveniently the airport shuttle stopped at the hotel for only 40000 dongeach a bargain.The bedrooms were spacious although the balconies are too small to sit on.

Enjoyed my stay here, Hotel room are simple and elegant and the free breakfast are delicious. The location are quite noisy because in front of the hotel are Big C supermarket, many vehicle passing by and the music from the square around Big C are loud at night, luckily all the voice stop when the time reach 11pm.

숙소가 춥기는 하지만 직원들의 친절, 진짜 맛있는 조식이 이 숙소를 좋은 경험으로 남기게 해줬다. 물론 숙소가 히터가 없고 달랏은 춥다는 것을 감안해 고객 편의성으로는 좀 떨어지나 접근성, 서비스가 좋아서 다시 택하라고 하면 택할 수도 있을 듯합니다.
