- The accommodation has a private parking space (1 electric terminal is at your disposal for the duration of your stay) ;

- Linen and towels provided;

- Wifi included;

- End-of-stay cleaning included (possibility in additional pack of intermediate cleaning during your stay).

OTHER INFORMATION :
> The boulodrome and swimming pool are shared areas;

> External park and pool maintenance staff may need to access the property during your stay. If this is the case, you will of course be informed in advance, and you will be given a time (range) for their visit.

This is a stand-alone entrance with key box.


## Interaction

The Conciergerie team will not be physically present on site, but will still be available if any problems arise.


## Notes

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. For smokers, please do not leave/throw cigarette butts on the ground in outdoor areas.

- For reasons of hygiene, safety and allergies, we have chosen not to allow pets on the property.

- Please respect the neighbors, including any potential travelers who may be sharing the property's outdoor areas with you. Peace and quiet must be strictly respected between 10 pm and 8 am.

- Emergency assistance available 7/7 from 6pm to 11pm.
