Couldn’t park in the carpark because they were full. Am solo female traveller and yet when I entered my room, there was a cot in my room which I didn’t request. Was awoken to the smell of smoke coming out of the vents in my room air conditioner and a whimpering dog in a nearby room. Positives - Reception desk staff were helpful and they were quick to send someone up to my room to remove the cot. I also found the online checkin and check out process very user friendly.

"If you like to talk to people at reception or have issues fixed promptly, then do not stay here. There was no working smoke alarm (open with battery out). When i had issues with tv i rang the help desk and was hung up on twice. (it went through to the help desk). I would not stay here again."
