"Good value for a clean and convenient location"

"The hotel was great. Service from Expedia was TERRIBLE! The app changed the check-in date for myself and another traveler checking in at the same time. Expedia customer service didn’t help either one of us. We both had to book a room through the hotel and pay separately for it. I chatted with a representative last night. Expedia changed the date of my check-in. When the hotel tried to change it, they could not. The Expedia representative, Kelvin, didn’t try to help AND lied to me. He never called the hotel. I was standing there and then I called to test their phone. My call went through. He said he emailed. Nothing came through. Then he disconnected the chat. 5 minutes last another woman came in with the same problem. Also Expedia. We both had to pay for a second room."

"The motel is just “okay”. Greeting at the desk by the woman there was rather gruff and unfriendly- not rude but not very welcoming. I don’t really care but it’s not something I’m used to. Only two floors but no elevator and when you have suitcases and you’re in your seventies it’s not really something you imagined. Last but not least there was a sign near check in desk that said “ ice and vending machines “. I went downstairs to get something from the “vending machines “. There wasn’t any. The place is just ok."

"The rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable mattresses. Breakfast is really just a cereal, waffle, fruit bar. Very nice to get started and get on the road."
