"What a wonderful house for our vacation to Custer State Park/Devil’s Tower/Badlands with my husband and senior parents! Super updated place, well organized and a very hospitable feel. The small touches and thoughtful amenities were very much appreciated. Television in every bedroom and in a common space to watch a movie together. Location was great if we needed to run to Family Fare grocery store (4 min drive) or grab takeout from Pauly’s pizza (4 min drive) or take out from restaurants downtown...

"Fantastic !! I suppose that wade should invest in a couple new mattresses for the hide a bed and the bunk bed -- but the main bedroom and bed was wonderful. Some of the outside lights did not work, but we managed. The gray water filled up after taking only 4 showers, but we were leaving anyway that day."

"Our family visited for a long weekend. We have 3 kids and brought 2 dogs and it was just perfect. The trail just out back was an unexpected surprise! We wore the pups out multiple times a day. We also took a fun and unexpected helicopter ride because the house is next to a helicopter tour operation. And being so close to the helicopter tours wasn’t at all off-putting. The location was excellent for all we wanted to do. If we return in the future we’ll likely rebook with these hosts who make it...

"Everything about The Overlook was perfect! We were in town for our oldest grandson’s high school graduation and a mini-family reunion. The house was spotless when we arrived with everything we needed. The kitchen was open with a large table for meals and family card games, there was plenty of seating in the upstairs living room and basement family room.
