Mold on the wall behind the bed, and the bathroom. Completely disgusting. Uncomfortable bed and very noisy during night time.

Nice hotel, close to Plaza de Armas. Very clean.
Their staff was very helpful, they helped me book all my tours and made sure I was picked up at a specific waiting point for all of them.

Worst hotel!
I walked in to the hotel, there was a lady behind an old dingy desk who didnt soeak english, she checked my reservation then walked me up to my room. The room was small and dark and the bed had been slept in.. I looked out the window to see a dirty backyard with piles and piles of garbage, dirty dishes and god knows what else. I told the lady i cant sleep in that bed. She shouted for a guy who himself was in the room next to mine, he came out scruffy, shirtless and dirty. The took me back to the lobby to wait.. At the point i was so freaked out I took my stuff and ran out.
This is the worst hotel, motel, hostel experience of my life. I found a much better place down the street for the same price. I didnt even ask for a refund. Disgusting

Location is great because its close to the Plaza del Armas,but the hotel itself was gross. You needed to ask for towels in the room, and they have no bath products at all- also no heat and was freezing every night. The quilt in 1 of our rooms was stained. Also, overall whole place had a strange smell to it. 1 of the rooms had a leak of the toilet and the person from the front desk came and mopped it up with a rag then rang the rag out back into the toilet and sprayed some air freshener. Would not recommend this hotel.
