The hotel was nice - the staff very friendly. The clean rooms were a bit dated but had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan so tended to steam up, but the beds were comfortable and the blankets very cozy for the cold Cusco nights. The hotel breakfast was very good with a great view overlooking the city.

The picture does not belong the room I get. The carpet nasty. Room expressly small for three beds.

We initially booked a 5-night stay but checked out on the 4th day as we no longer needed the room and planned to leave Cuzco. On the final day, we only needed access to a shower before heading to the airport at 1 PM. However, we were charged for this, despite having already paid for 5 nights but using only 4. It would have been a thoughtful gesture to offer the shower access as a courtesy, considering the circumstances. Avoid booking the room near the road as it will be really noisy. Our first night was too bad as we are suffering from altitude sickness plus the room we got is really noisy. We need to request to be transferred to a different room.
