Hotel is full of character, and good that by staying there I was supporting underprivileged kids, the food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The slight drawback was that the room was quite cold at night

Not sure why it isn't advertised more widely, but the hotel actually is part of a non-profit that supports underprivileged children of Cusco, and helps them with basic needs and education. Besides this super clean hacienda style hotel. Lovely staff. The restaurant has great breakfast.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ninos Hotel. The interior courtyard is absolutely charming and the rooms are lovely. Really warm bedding provided and no issues with hot water. The staff is so kind and offer exceptional hospitality. Excellent restaurant/coffee bar open all day and allowed us to feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic place to stay. Quiet area but only 5 minute walk from the Plaza and busier streets. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Hotel was pretty, quiet, and very clean. Their restaurant is incredible. I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! The whole layout with the courtyard, the way the rooms are decorated, the windows in each room, my private bathroom, the dining room food and space was excellent. I can’t say enough about this hotel and will recommend it highly to anyone coming to Cuzco. I stayed for two days then left on an eight day retreat in the Sacred Valley and returned for annother eight days. I’m absolutely in love!

It’s an amazing boutique hotel, just adorable look at the pictures online. I fell in love with every member of the staff. The restaurant is amazing. The artwork is amazing. It’s so centrally located. I highly highly recommend this. Make sure you get a room with the private bath for an extra $10-20. I mentioned this place to every person I met during my retreat here in Cusco.

Quaint older hotel in Cusco’s center

Hotel is very well located to tourist areas, very quaint facility, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints were that our room didn’t have a window, which made it feel claustrophobic, and it wasn’t vert cozy—cold floors and no comfortable place to sit. Both WiFi and cell signals were nearly nonexistent in room.

Pros: Close to everything. 10 minute walk to plaza de armas Great, friendly staff Clean rooms Restaurant on site Cons: Luggage room not locked No safe to store valuables I booked this hotel through Expedia. We didn’t have to pay till we checked out. Communication with the hotel was great. They arranged for taxi pick up at the airport. Taxi pick up was only seven dollars. Check in was easy. Our room was ready by noon. We stayed in room Moises. It was upstairs. They don’t have elevators, so expect to lug your luggage upstairs on your own. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. It had a private Bathroom, Two beds, a sitting area. It also had a great little balcony that looked out into the street. The beds were comfortable. They are about twin size, so don’t expect to share. The room does not have air conditioning, but it was comfortable the whole time. At night it got a little cool, but it wasn’t unbearable. They did have a little heater in the room in case you wanted to turn that on. The room does not have an iron or a hairdryer. The restroom is small and there is not much counterspace. It worked perfectly for us. The shower pressure was great and there was always hot water. You did have to let the water run for a little while before the water came out hot. They give you one towel per person. I’m sure you could ask for more. Toiletries include bar soap and shampoo. Overall, a great place to stay while visiting Peru. The room was clean and the staff

The staff were great and the location was perfect. The food in the hotel was always quick and met my needs. Now the cons, the bed was very firm. I found it hard to sleep comfortably. Cusco itself is chilly in the morning so i expected some type of heating but none were available. The washroom was outside of my room and i found it a bit uncomfortable to use it. The layout of the horel is nice but it is fairly old. Still i found it good due to the atmosphere and staff.
