Pros. - Located right at the city center. Plenty of dining/ shopping options and tourist attractions. Rooms were nice and clean. Staffs were very helpful. Cons. - Due to central location can be a little noisy. No A/c, so may be uncomfortable during summer.

Good location but just okay

This was a simple hotel in a good location. We liked that it was close to the plaza. We did not like being awoken by the school’s band next door at 7:30am. Breakfast that was included with the hotel was eaten by 8am and it was supposed to be open until 9am.

Amazing Hotel

This hotel is hard to find because the front door is not on the same street as the listed address. But it's a real place, and the location is actually great. Excellent bed, good heater. The shower kept alternately scalding/freezing us which was a bummer, but other than that everything was great.

Don't be fooled by the pictures, my "king" size bed was literally two twin beds put together. the width is fine but the length is still short of a king, not to mention the gap in the middle

Amazing staff and great accommodations.

I took my daughters and my niece to the San Pedro and I am so glad I did! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location can’t be beat. We were super close to the Plaza de Armas (trust me, it’s where you want to be) and it made it easy to run to and from our hotel. For those who like hot showers after a busy day, this hotel has great shower pressure and hot water. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Cusco. Now, because you are so close to the plaza de armas, depending on what is going on there, you may hear the activities (such a concerts), but we still loved it, We stayed there June 6-8 2023 and I will book again in the future. PS: if you have to go to Cusco and don’t want to take all your luggage, the front desk will hold it for you if you ask. They (again) we’re amazing and super helpful. ❤️

The room was located at the side of the staircase, at the bottom of the staircase was a restaurant which made the area around the room noisy, hot and full of cooking smells. The room had no natural light/ ventilation which coupled with it dark wood roof made it all appear very dark. There was no drink making facilities, no fridge/water provided, no robes. To be honest it was more like hostel accommodation. Its was a shame because the location is excellent but the whole design of the Hotel is something that is very difficult to change.
