Hotel Polo is a nice place to stay in Cuzco.

Sinceramente el enlce de Hoteles.com con el Hotel Polo pesimo, llegue como a las 10:30 pm , el hotel no tenia mi reserva y estaba totalmente lleno, tan es asi estaban en tramite de derivarme a otro hotel, como a las 11.15 pm se retiro un huesped, habitacion que me asignaron, practicamente recien entre ya el miercoles, muy incomodo.

Un hotel pequeño agradable, pero tuvimos problemas el Primer día con ruidos por parte de otros huéspedes, las ventanas no son insonorizadas y no hay blackout, la Señora que brinda el Desayuno muy atenta pero me parece que ella sola no puede con todo, nos falto agua caliente un día completo y otro día no hubo agua por daño en el motor, en cuanto a la persona encargada de reservas estamos muy agradecidos por su gestión al momento de solucionar la reubicación de nuestras reservas que habíamos retomado después de pandemia

Buena experiencia y buena relación pago - calidad. Al momento la pista frente al hotel estaba en mantenimiento, pero igual no tuve problemas. para ir al Centro hay que tomar taxi (5 - 6 soles)
