Vorsicht! Sehr unzuverlässig

Ich habe das Hotel abends gebucht und musste bei der Ankunft feststellen, dass Ave Azul ausgebucht war und Hotels.com einen „Fehler“ gemacht hätte. Wie auch immer - es war schon nach 22 Uhr und ich musste eine andere Unterkunft in Cusco suchen. Das Geld wurde von Hotels.com dennoch abgebucht und das Hotel hat es bis heute, trotz gegenteiliger Aussagen, nicht zurück überwiesen.
