Windows face the residential complex’s interior courtyards, giving the apartment a calmer feel within the development.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. It is located on the third floor and the building does not have an elevator, so stairs are required. An additional set of keys will be available inside for use during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Zarumilla is a long-established residential complex in Cusco located near Av. de la Cultura, one of the city’s main urban corridors. The area combines local residential life with shops, markets, restaurants and everyday services, with convenient connections toward Wanchaq and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

Being close to Av. de la Cultura makes it easy to access public transport and app-based taxis. You can walk toward the Historic Center if you enjoy exploring the city on foot or take a taxi for a more direct trip. If you are traveling to the Sacred Valley, check the current departure point before heading out, as transport locations and operators can change.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment does not include parking. Cusco can occasionally experience interruptions in the water supply; the property has an approximately 300 L water tank that helps maintain service for much of the day. Extra bedding and blankets are provided for colder nights. Optional services are available for an additional fee: portable electric heater (USD 15 per night), additional cleaning during the stay (USD 30), and private transfer service quoted according to the number of passengers. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional fee; please ask at the time of booking for availability and pricing.
