Perfect location and views!
We wanted an escape for our 10 year anniversary. This house was the perfect location and the best views of the ocean. Walking distance into town and near a great walking track. Grant was amazing with his communication and advice on the Island. Great house for a family too- lots of room. Spa is amazing!!

KI relaxing
Walking distance to Currie Main Street with its bakery and pub. Warm and cozy with great views of the ocean and surrounding area. Just right as a base for scenic drives around KI and golf courses.

Relaxing Blencathra Holiday
Perfect house, views and location. We loved the house and our stay exploring King Island. Communication with Grant was great, house was spotless, and we all looked forward to returning to the house each afternoon to soak in the epic ocean views. I hope to return in the near future. Thanks, Brent

The house is perched on a high point in Currie, and must have one of the best views in town. Close to the Town, museum and harbour it is very convenient for a stay on the Island. Highly recommended

Golf getaway
Perfect location to stay for a golf trip to King island. There’s no better way to finish the day after playing golf than to have a relaxing spa that looks out past the lighthouse to the ocean.

Blencathra Spa is a fantastically beautiful place to stay on King Island. Brilliantly equipped, views to die for, very comfortable sleeping arrangements and close to shops and the town centre. Cannot get over how beautiful King Island is and how friendly welcoming the inhabitants are. We will definitely be returning. Although many of the roads are unsealed they are well maintained and easily comfortable even without a 4 x 4

Great view & in a perfect spot, but very overdue for some maintenance, especially the bathroom. Unfortunately spa wasn’t working when we stayed, spa fee was promptly refunded.

All about the view!
Very comfortable golfing weekend stay for the 4 of us. Close to town with a very relaxed feel and stunning views. Some soap and milk on arrival would be welcome.

What a view - the best location!!!
My family of four spent 5 nights at this gorgeous property in a great location. It is within easy walking distance to shops and supplies in Currie as well as the historic harbour and coast. The house was comfortable and clean with spectacular views of the coast from main living area and outside spa. Loved sitting in the spa just staring out at the coast line, a mix of wild and windy and sunny and calm. A very relaxing break.

Awesome house
Awesome house, awesome views, everything you could possibly want is there, we had a late flight and Grant said it was ok to stay at the house until we needed to go to the airport which we were pretty happy about. It’s our second visit to the house and will definitely stay there again. Beware of the driveway !!!
