"We loved everything about this property, except on arrival carrying our over-packed luggage up 5 flights of stairs. But the staff at Cinque Terre Riviera were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed everything else about this property and our time in Cinque Terre. "Excellent customer service. The manager offered an early check in and provided useful tips and recommendations to explore this beautiful area in Italy. The hotel is overall in excellent conditions in a very quiet neighborhood. Their breakfast is superb, in particular for their freshly baked pastries. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter town to stay near Cinque Terre."

"The entire stay was wonderful! I would rate it better than 10!!! 100%! We had a fabulous room with balcony, very clean and were even offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival!
Our breakfast was great, with local specials. The owner gave us tips and directions of where to go etc! We plan to return and recommend this location to our friends!
It was so close to Cinque Terre and the ferry! Could not have asked for any better!!!!"

"First of all it was very hard to get there. Even much harder to get back in town. We requested a double bed, we were given two single bed next to each other with a big cap in between, could not sleep at all. Hardly anyone spook english.
Over all very inconvenient. I would not recommend to my friends. "
