It was truly a pleasure to experience such a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. Good stay if you can use the stairs.

They must fix the elevator problem, staying in the 12ht floor with one slow elevator option was a nightmare =/ Good stay but the elevator problem ruin the experience

Had to complain about property conditions, molded walls, broken tiles, broken toilet, cracked walls, not well maintained at all. They changed out room but still, the tv worked but the image was like the 80’s, the AC didn’t work in the room and the one on the living room smelled like sewer and froze when we put down to 20C. Only one lamp in the room making the bedroom dark. Not well maintained.

Gostei do quarto, espaçoso, chuveiro bom, camas boas, mas tinha carpete que estava cheirando mofo, o que foi desagradável. Café da manhã ótimo e atendentes simpáticos. A limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar. No geral foi uma experiência boa.
