Péssima experiência. Precisei limpar a mesa do café e recolher os pratos, xícaras pra poder utilizar o espaço. Estacionamento fora do hotel e pago foi péssimo também, vc tem que caminhar até a outra rua, em um lugar extremamente perigo e pagar pra deixar a chave do seu carro com manobrista.

Revisão em alguns pontos

Referente a manutenção, precisa melhorar bastante em questão de acabamento dos quartos, muita coisa antiga, com muito desgaste. Ar condicionado com peças caindo, televisão com sinal péssimo, fechaduras e cartão magnético das portas com problemas para acessar o quarto. Referente ao atendimento foi satisfatório Referente ao conforto, precisa melhorar bastante, um dos pontos principais foram demora para o aquecimento do chuveiro, tinha que deixar ligado por volta de 30 min para começar a ficar morno.. fora o desperdício de água absurda, dos 4 dias de estádia, tivemos que chamar o técnico 3 vezes, informação técnico é que não tinha o que fazer, precisava ficar ligado. Referente ao café manhã, bem satisfatório.

Sinceramente… não volto!

A equipe era boa, todos gente boa. Mas o Hotel em si… o chuveiro não estava habilitado no quente, e em todas as vezes que eu precisei um da equipe subiu verificar e disse que seria resolvido, e apesar de serem solícitos, não pude tomar banho pois a água continuou gelada e estava MUITO frio, ou seja, não foi resolvido! Além de que, o café é servido até as 10h e eu cheguei perto das 9h, infelizmente não teve reposição dos bolos, salgados e etc. Resultado: tinha 3 tipos de pães, molho de cachorro quente, queijo, presunto e ovo mexido. Para tomar: iogurte, café e suco. Quem chegou depois de 9h20 não conseguiu comer quase nada por falta de opção, foi nítido na cara de todos os hóspedes até mesmo pq no prato dos que já tinham se retirado tinham resquícios de outras comidas que tinham no buffet antes e não foram repostas. O estacionamento é 35,00 e não tem vaga para todos os hóspedes, ou seja, eles fazem parceria com um estacionamento a 5 min dali que cobram o mesmo valor de 35,00. Tem aquecedor no quarto, mas a cama que era pra ser de casal era na verdade duas camas de solteiro juntadas, fazendo um vão no meio…

O quarto do hotel era horrível, nada como nas fotos. No corredor você já sente o cheiro fortíssimo de naftalina. Nos quartos os móveis descascando, colchão todo amarelado e roupa de cama fedida.
