What i liked: spatious room, clean, staff very kind and flexible , ready to help. I would say very walkable central area, close to everything you may need ( supermarket, Shopping centers, gyms, transportation, etc). Good breakfast, small but nice and clean common areas. One very important point for me: sport facilities: i would have given a nice grade if it wasn't for the fact that the gym cardio machines could use some checks, one out of service, another needing maintenance ; apart from that it would have been good, with good choices of weights and stretching equipment.

Bem localizado, a uma quadra do shopping Curitiba, próximo a bares, padarias e restaurantes. O quarto é grande. O café da manhã é bom(o pão francês não é fresco...essa minha única reclamação do café). O único incômodo que tivemos foram as camareiras, que em dois seguidos ficaram bate papo no corredor do nosso andar ás 8h00 da manhã, nos acordando.

Satisfeito com o atendimento dos funcionários da recepção, com a limpeza do quarto, e com o café da manhã. O hotel possui manobristas para guarda do veículo, cujo serviço é cobrado. O que me deixou indignado quando da devolução do veículo, após o check out, foi a constatação do furto de um cabo para carregamento do celular.

Excelente opção no Batel

Antes de fechar a reserva entrei em contato com o hotel e fiquei um pouco desapontado com a solução oferecida para uma solicitação que fiz, o que acabou influenciando negativamente a minha percepção já de começo. Entretanto, do início do check in à devolução das chaves no check out, fui surpreendido por um excelente atendimento, de todas as equipes (recepção, valet, café da manhã e governança), cordiais, competentes e atentos a tudo. De resto, quarto espaçoso e limpo, café da manhã sensacional considerando o valor da diária (minha filha deu de cara com uma máquina de nutela rs) e ótima localização (2 shoppings centers a 1 quarteirão de distância, farta rede gastronômica, etc). Como qualquer hotel da região, apanha um pouco no quesito estacionamento mas a equipe de valets é eficiente e dá conta do recado (e isso é um grande diferencial). A ducha é um pouco fraca.

Bom chuveiro Péssima vedação acústica. Decoração impessoal e de mal gosto, não proporciona sensação de aconchego. Pintura em azul deixa ambiente carregado e escuro. Má iluminação do quarto. Pia e bancada do lavatório fica dentro do quarto e não num banheiro fechado, o que incomoda quem usa o banheiro e quem está no quarto. Torneira do lavatório com defeito de fixação e pia entupida, revela má conservação e falta de manutenção. Divisória entre o quarto e banheiro em vidro incomoda quem está no quarto se a outra pessoa usa o banheiro, pois a luz deste, invade o quarto, além de prejudicar a privacidade, pois é ruim acústicamente. Espaço do café da manhã muito pequeno e aglomerado, além de estar no mesmo ambiente da recepção. Garagem do prédio insuficiente e levam teu carro para outro estacionamento em outra rua.
