Nos acomodaram no terceiro andar onde não tinha Janela , quarto abafado , reclamamos e trocaram o quarto no dia seguinte. Em relação a limpeza não foi feita no segundo dia no horário da manhã . Chegamos às 15:00 e fizemos outra reclamação , porém não fizeram a limpeza adequada. Só tiraram o lixo e trocaram as toalhas . As toalhas de banho tem um cheiro estranho . No café da manhã no último dia de estadia dois funcionários estavam falando alto não sei se estavam discutindo pois falavam em espanhol . O quarto é confortável porém o hotel parece estar sem um funcionário para gerenciar o hotel . Digo isto pela limpeza não ter ninguém para observar o horário da limpeza e o café da manhã .

Equipe muito gentil, altamente qualificada! Jackson elevou o nivel do Hotel. Pedro , na recepção é excekente profissional. Pessoal do Café: nota dez! Tudo que foi servido era muito gostoso, farto , com qualidade. Servico diferenciado que faz o hospede ficar ainda mais satisfeito na hospedagem. E a limpeza? Impecavel! Tanto nos quartos como em todas as areas de circulação. Eu adorei a moca responsavel pela limpeza, a camareira do quarto em que nos hospedamos. As instalacoes sao novas, modernas, a decoração é muito bonita! Nos deslocamos bem pela cidade a partir da localização do Hotel. Os fincionarios foram muito prestativos e atencuosos conosco. Precisei de guarda- volunes pra deixar minhas bagagens até a hora de viajar. Prontamente atenderam. Vamos voltar assim que der pra nos hospedarmos novamente nesse hotel! Porque vale a pena!

Excelente localização, perto de ruas comerciais, praças e supermercados. A equipe do hotel é super solicita e educada. Limpeza dos quartos merecem um pouco mais de carinho. O quarto tinha lençol sujo, cabelos no chão e banheiro claramente não foi higienizado - só retiraram o lixo. As toalhas tem mal cheiro, como se secassem a sombra. O café da manhã é bom. Pouco diversificado, mas de boa qualidade. A equipe não dá conta de repor os itens. Muitas bandejas ficam vazias por bastante tempo, acaba o leite, acabam os pães e não repõe. Foi assim nos 5 dias de estadia. O quarto é confortável e bem aconchegante. O estacionamento é bem apertado e poucas vagas. Mas nos atendeu perfeitamente.

No geral ok, café da manhã com bastante opção. Não observei que o estacionamento era a parte e achei bem carinha a diária. O portão do estacionamento é um pouco lento para abrir. No primeiro dia não quisemos a limpeza aí no segundo dia somente trocaram as toalhas e arrumaram a cama deixando chão e banheiro sem limpeza, achei um absurdo aí entrei em contato com a recepção mandaram limpar e depois desse dia limparam todos os outros. Mas ainda sim a limpeza das paredes poderia ser melhor. Já que no banheiro na é todo de azulei do. O chuveiro estava aparentemente “quebrado” jorrando água mais para os lados do que no corpo. O ralo do box não tem vazão suficiente além da descida do piso fazendo uma grande possa sempre que tomávamos banho a pointo até de vazar ora fora do box. Isso me incomodou bastante. Quando a localização eu não achei legal, não conhecia o centro e prefiro ficar em outros bairros da próxima vez.
