Good exposure to the East. Spacious cottage. Very good comfort. Warm contemporary Mountain stamp. Pleasant views over the countryside. Label tourism & disability (4 handicaps). Cottage labeled "Tourism & Handicap", located 11km from Chambéry and 15km from the Aillons ski slopes and 23km from the Savoie Grand Revard area, magnificent Nordic plateau with 50km of cross-country trails in 3 resorts: La Féclaz, Le Revard and St Francois de Sales). Thermal baths and lake fitted out and supervised in Challes les Eaux. 21km away, swimming and sailing on Lake Bourget, near Aix les Bains, a famous spa town and seaside resort. Village located in the Regional Park of the Massif des Bauges, preserved and ideally located between Annecy and its famous lake and the cluse de Chambéry, cities "of Art and History". Many outdoor activities including hiking and cycling. Ideal stay between lakes and gentle mountains!
