Gîte with Private Pool, Spa and Game Room

In the heart of the Bergerac countryside, surrounded by the Monbazillac vineyards, Domaine Dolce Vitae welcomes you to a peaceful and relaxing setting.
Ideally located just 10 km from Bergerac and its airport, our fully renovated 70 m² barn offers all the comfort you need for a rejuvenating stay.

The Accommodation

You will stay in an air-conditioned barn, carefully renovated and composed of:

A 35 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher…), a lounge area with TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix and a sofa bed (120 cm).

A 6 m² bathroom with an Italian-style shower.

Upstairs: two 10 m² bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200 cm bed.

Outdoor Spaces

A 40 m² private terrace with barbecue, perfect for summer meals.

A private, heated swimming pool (8.5 x 3.5 m – depth 1.50 m, with a 50 cm shallow area ideal for children), open from mid-April to mid-October.

A wellness area accessible from the patio, including a sauna and jacuzzi, available all year round.

A fully enclosed garden, equipped with a ping-pong table and various games (rackets, molkky…).

A pétanque court will be available from March 2026 (under construction).

Additional Leisure

In a nearby gîte, you will also have access to a game room with pool table, table football, board games and a poker table.

Better than described

Finally got back after a nice drive back to the UK ☹.the host ricardo and his family are so welcoming and not intrusive. (His English is good).the villa has no surprises like some villas we have visited on the past.modern feel inside with all mod cons,yet outside is still so very french.location is super quiet and days can go missing very easily.hot in the day and nice walks around village.for the money you will not beat it.book it and enjoy it people!👍

Superb and modern little rural getaway

The property was even nicer than advertised, with a lovely pool and new everything. Beds also very comfy. Didn’t use the spa as it was a heatwave, but Ricardo cleaned the pool every morning ensuring it was perfect. The hosts lived adjacent, but we only saw them if we needed something. You need a car for the region and there’s lots of beautiful countryside and villages to explore. The air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms was also very welcome in a heatwave. A great stay!
