"Beautifully presented property. "

"Excellent property overlooking the bay, nice and roomy, well equipped, very comfortable. Two small issues. First of all there were two key boxes, I found the 1st one which was old and didn't work, had to xall the property manager at 12:30 AM to find the main key box and gain access to the property. Second issue was the old sink in the bathroom with separate cold and hot faucets which wastes a lot of water and is practically unusable. Water is either boiling hot or ice cold. Kitchen utensils were also very old and used, and the front lawn was flooded with kangaroo poo. The screen doors for the front porch were also broken unfortunately. Other than these small issues, everything else was excellent, especially the location. "

"Fabulous location, needs some TLC, cupboards and drawers are full of mismatched stuff "that will do for the holiday home" type of stuff. Throw rugs on couch and cushions need a good clean or replacing as they are very shabby. Stove was good, plenty of fridge room, cookware was good, nice to have a soda stream but the supplied bottle was for a newer soda stream. Despite all this we would come back"

"Gorgeous place to stay! The house and garden areas are beautifully maintained. The house is very comfortable and you drift into holiday mode as soon as you walk in. Greg is wonderful, an absolutely incredible host. There are kayaks and a paddle board for use which is perfect for this stunning bay with its crystal clear waters. Walk in, sit back and enjoy the views, the pelicans that come right up to you hoping you have fish to give them, the dolphins that are in the bay daily, the kangaroos that come on to the lawns, the emus that wander through and enjoy pats with Herbie, the local Labrador who takes himself for walks and visits the shacks. We absolutely loved this place! "

"Property suited our needs, parking was an issue out the front, not very clean though and ants inside were an issue."
