I wanted to like it but it almost looked dirty it was so worn. I paid good money to stay at a newly renovated and well maintained property. And my expectations were not met."

"Elevator and halls smelled like smoke. One of our bath towels was ripped and our AC unit wasn’t keeping the temperature consistent. HOWEVER, they were very nice staff and for a one nighter stay it was pretty good."

"Once again, an excellent experience staying here. Every staff member I have encountered here -from Valet and check-in (Daniel) to Park woods servers, - morning to night have the BEST dispositions. The food is also delicious. Very impressed this morning with the soft scrambled eggs ordered. This is my fourth stay and it will not be the last. "

"The room was nice and tide but the toilet seat was not cleaned. As well as the bed was just being remade from the previous person leaving with their fresh food stains on it folded to perfection, I asked for house cleaning to change my bed nicely and they told me it was too late, mind u I just checked in @3pm.. I go downstairs to tell the front desk host and they lied and said no house cleaning was here he’s FOR SURE they all left hours ago when I jus had a conversation with them.. hrs go by as I was gone enjoying the city I returned for a quick outfit change and noticed the bed linen was now changed. Otherwise nice room loved the balcony and the overall room set up!"

"We personally did not enjoy our stay here . When we checked in , the hot water was not working and we didn’t have access to it for over 12+ hours with no accommodations. Also our room was not clean and housekeeping never showed up to clean or replenish anything even after we asked. Staff was nice overall but even cleanliness was an issue as there were things spilled in the elevator and left there overnight and random clothing items on the floor in the elevators all night. Also a trash bag was left by our door all night and started to smell. "
