Lemon Lime and Bitters is a a delightfully restored 1967 fibro gracing 850 metres of north facing grassed lawn around 100 metres from Culburra Beach which is accessed through its own private street entry a few minutes stroll down the street.

On stepping out of the car at Lemon Lime and Bitters you will be welcomed by the pounding surf, smell the ocean scented air and, if arriving at night, be overwhelmed by the stars you thought had disappeared - somehow - year ago. Surprisingly, and very conveniently it is also only a five minute walk to the town shops.

LLB will delight you with an abundance of colour, joyous pattern and beautiful furnishings. The LLB master is furnished with an amazingly comfortable king sized Slumberland Latex bed that is top of the range, furnished cotton sheets and a range of pillows to suit the fussiest of sleepers. The total absence of noise and incredible comfort will ensure you have never slept better REALLY!

The room next door to the Master is the children's bedroom with a bunk bed ensemble and additional single bed. The hand painted Pucci inspired mural will delight any child or adult.

The third bedroom is actually a small suite. This very large delightful multi coloured room has another premium quality king size bed, a day bed / lounge. Perched in view of the bed is a small flat screen TV for in bed movie watching. This room also has direct access to the back garden. The day bed doubles as a very comfortable single bed.

The configurations of the bedrooms make the house perfect for parents with young children and/or a teenager wanting a bit of their own space, Or for when two couples or two families are holidaying together but want the opportunity for a bit of privacy.

The bathroom is not only, spotlessly clean and perfectly functional but continues to delight with a multi coloured tiled wall over the bath / shower. Gas instantaneous hot water ensures that no one will ever have a cold shower. Outdoor hot shower is also perfect for returning from the beach, no matter the time of year.

The kitchen is equipped with all the gismos you could want in a kitchen including dishwasher, nespresso, stone benches, multi function LG range, and whirlpool fridge. A huge range of appliances and cooking utensils will allow you to replicate any of your best meals and the dining accessories will allow for beautiful presentation of special dinners.

The humble laundry which is a bit of relic to the original 1967 house has a second toilet and proudly houses a front loading washing machine and beach toys for kids and dogs.

The living area is open plan and includes the kitchen, dining and lounge area. It looks north over the garden through vast windows that wrap around corners inviting the garden into your view at every angle. The very large Italian designer lounge ensemble was selected for comfort and its worry free easy clean covering. Their is a smart TV as well as DVD player. The DVD collection and board games will ensure there is plenty of entertainment if you tire of the beach.

The living space also houses a brand new gas log fire which will have the whole house warm in no time at all. Additionally electric blankets are provided for each bed and small bedroom heaters if needed. In summer, ceiling fans in main rooms and towers for the others.

Sliding timber framed glass doors open onto the deck and garden beyond. Outside you will find an additional dining table, a variety of chairs and gas filled BBQ

Your furry friends are also well accommodated. There are doggie blankets, bowls and a range of doggie toys. The garden is fully fenced and very dog friendly. Yes they are also welcome inside, we ask you to bring your own dog-bedding.
