You must follow the NSW Code of Conduct for short term rentals. No Noise before 8am and after 10pm. No soap products in the spa.
No pets allowed on beds and couches and clean after you pets. Cleaning fees of $100 are requested if you want to use the BBQ and not clean it.
No wet towels on beds. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult in the gym. Guests are required to clean the gym equipment after use.

Perfect get away stay!

We are a small group of ladies that love to get away once a year to catch up, relax, share a few laughs and wines, breaking it all up with trips to local markets and shops. Last year was so great, we did it again this year and will book it for the same time in 2025. Great holiday home away from home with a spa, few minutes walk to the beach - beautiful location - highly recommend this stay (as long as you don't want the same weekend as us....) Christmas at Culburra Beach

What a fabulous home. This is our second time here. Stayed for Christmas with a family of 7 and our dog. Large enough so we could spread out. Lots of room for entertaining and games room.Clean and tidy. The spa was a big hit. Short stroll to the beach. Two toilets and showers plus outdoor shower. Manon and Bryan did a great job with extra Christmas decorations and nice welcome hamper. Would highly recommend this home for a vacation.
