Très belle suite pour 2 personnes avec cuisine et terrasse, entièrement rénovée, idéalement située dans la petite résidence de charme des Cottages de Pinel, avec sa belle piscine, et son accès à 5` à pied à l`embarcadère pour l`ilet paradisiaque de Pinel.

Avec un jardin paysagé, un parking privée, une réception, et l`environnement sécurisé du lotissement très prisé des Terrasses de Cul de Sac.

A proximité des magnifiques plages d`Orient Bay et de Gand Case et des commerces environnants.

* LE LOGEMENT
Vous profiterez d`un logement refait à neuf en 2021, avec de très belles prestations avec :

* un lit King size haut de gamme,
* un Wifi ultra rapide grâce à notre raccordement Internet en fibre optique,
* une Smart TV pour vous connecter à Netflix par exemple,
* une cuisine équipée

Situé entre la célèbre Baie Orientale et sa grande plage à 3,5 km et le village gastronomique de Grand Case 3 km.

A 400 m seulement de l’embarcadère pour l’îlot paradisiaque de Pinel, c’est un emplacement privilégié et sécurisé qui vous permet de profiter au maximum de vos vacances en étant à proximité de tout .

La zone commerciale d’Hope State avec tous ces commerces et grandes surfaces sont à 2 km seulement.

Et l`aéroport de Grand Case a 2,5 km.

Plusieurs restaurants se trouvent aussi à proximité, et de nombreux établissements environnants vous proposent des plats à emporter qui seront livrés à votre suite.

* SE DEPLACER
Il est conseillé de louer un véhicule en général pour se déplacer à Saint Martin car les transport en commun sont pratiquement inexistants.

Nous vous recommanderons des loueurs locaux qui fournissent le meilleur service pour des vacances sans soucis.

A wonderful small but well appointed rental. The view at night with the lights is magical.

Cul de Sac studio

Compact but well designed studio. Outdoor kitchen makes sense. Trees grow and sea view lessens, but still nice patio. Would return.

Relaxing

The cottages of Pinel is not hard to find and the communication with management and property owner is great. The accomadation was clean and quite for the most part. The rooms are very big with an outdoor fully equipped kitchen. Parking is always available. All the essentials are nearby including pharmacies and grocery store.

The Perfect Place

Just to try other things we spent two nights at a high end resort and fully regretted our decision. This unit gave us so much more and we wish we would have saved the money and spent the full week here. The communication and support has been 10/10! I have literally zero complaints, zero issues, zero hesitation in booking it all over again. Enjoy your stay! You won’t regret it.
