A Beautiful and Modern House, first floor bedroom with a shared bathroom. The space will be shared with more guests. I kindly ask for guests read all the information about the house and how to get to places around. This is a two floor house, all remodeled house. As the house is huge, we book individual bedrooms,. We offer one Private Master Bedroom ( bathroom attached) and one Private Bedroom ( shared Bathroom ) in the first floor, plus three Private Bedrooms ( Shared Bathroom ) in the first, Two Shared Bathrooms. We offer a living room, dining room, Full Kitchen and Kitchenette, Barbecue area ( with previous reservation only ) , all equipped .

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock doors (front, aside and back ) of the house, leave the keys in the top of isle in the barbecue area,… leave the property from the pedestrian gate and close the gate’s door,… this will be locked.
After the front gate’s door be locked, guests will not be able to come back inside, make sure you have all your belongings with you.
Cuiabá is hot place, please don’t leave food open inside of the house when you check out or during your stay. Thank you.
