O sistema de check-in é pessimo e manual, muito demorado pra acomodar o hospede e por diversas vezes a chave magnetica falha, fora isso todo o restante estava em boas condições.

Hotel residence proximo ao pantanal shopping ( uns 5 mintuos de caminhada) com um otimo atendimento, pessoal da recepcao atencioso e alegre . Cafe da manha gostoso , porem aos domingos poderia ir ate um pouco mais tarde . Otimo custo beneficio .
