Schöne ruhige Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist da und funktioniert. In fünf Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Die Vermieter Delia und Natale sind super nett und völlig unkompliziert. Sollte man der Landessprache nich mächtig sein, funktioniert die Kommunikation mit Google-Übersetzer, Händen und Füßen. Wir mieten diese schöne Wohnung gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und man kommt von hieraus überall gut hin. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto, um Einkaufen zu gehen und zu den Stränden hinzukommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und hat alles was man benötigt. Es gibt eine Garage, so dass das Auto gut vor Sonne und Regen geschützt ist. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, die funktioniert und eine im Schlafzimmer, die nicht funktioniert. Der Mückenschutz könnte deutlich besser sein, ist unserer Meinung nicht ausreichend. Die Mücken sind so winzig, dass sie durch die Schlitze durchkommen. Was sehr schade ist, ist das die Wohnung kein WLAN hat. Der Vermieter ist ein selbstbewusster Mensch, der sehr direkt ist, was auf jeden Fall gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Hier hätten wir uns wohler gefühlt, wenn man uns ein wenig freundlicher entgegen gekommen wäre.

Tolle, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof mit eigener Zufahrt und Garage. Die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber wohnen in der Nähe und sind immer ansprechbar. Dank Übersetzungs-Apps ist auch die Kommunikation kein Hindernis. Die Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück in der Morgensonne ein und bietet einen tollen und kaum bebauten Blick auf die hügelige Landschaft. Sehr zu empfehlen, danke!

Lo abbiamo trascorso nel periodo di giugno e ci siamo sentiti come a casa "nostra". ll Sig. Natale è una persona genuina, accogliente e piacevole, sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. L'abitazione è grande e spaziosa ed ha un garage altrettanto comodo e spazioso per sistemare tutti tipi di attrezzature. E' situata a pochi minuti di macchina da ogni tipo di spiaggia. Ci siamo trovati bene ed abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze.

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit gemütlichem Balkon und Garage

Die Wohnung ist genau, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie liegt sehr ruhig gelegen mit Balkon gegen Osten mit Blick zur Hügellandschaft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Im Frühling war es noch frisch von den Temperaturen her. Wir bekamen einen portablen Gasofen, um diesen waren wir sehr dankbar. Ein Auto ist wichtig, da die Strassen sehr hüglig und kurvenreich sind. Mit Auto sind die umliegenden Orte und Strände gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Empfehlenswert!

Sehr große, saubere gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit eigener offener Garage. Die beiden Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Leider sprechen die beiden nur Italienisch, aber mit Übersetzungs App ist das kein Problem. Die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, mit Garten ( Limetten, Zitronen, Oliven, Pflaumen und Feigenbaum inkl.) . Die Terrasse zeigt nach Osten, man sieht also jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang in den Bergen und kann dabei das Wellenrauschen hören. Im Ort gibts gute Restaurants, eine super Bäckerei, einen kleinen Laden und eine Tankstelle.. also alles was man brauch. Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Belles vacances en Sardaigne

Nous avons passé de belles vacances en Sardaigne, des vacances qui nous ressemblent dans une maison au calme loin des animations bars et autres bruits festifs (peut-être un peu trop loin pour mon mari). Il est nécessaire d’avoir une voiture et faire de la route pour aller au supermarché ou faire des magasins (Oristano), également 5 min / 10 min pour aller au restaurant. La maison est simple, et suffisamment agencé. Pour les vacances c’est très bien! Notre déception a été de ne pas pouvoir utiliser le barbecue car nous aimons faire des grillades en été. Et nous n’avions pas la télécommande de la climatisation, il aurait fallu la demander plus tôt et nous n’avions pas osé. Les nuits étaient très chaudes. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Schöner Urlaub trotz Corona

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, schöne und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, kleiner Strand und Mini-Makt zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, weitere Stände in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar, z.B. der sehr schöne Sandstrand „S‘Archittu“, wir empfehlen den Strand „Is Arutas“ mit weißen feinen Kieseln und klares Wasser. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Soggiorno splendido

È stata una vacanza splendida, finita come tutte, troppo in fretta! Il sign. Natale, sua moglie e la signora Claudia sono persone meravigliose, ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e cordialità nonostante la situazione abbastanza caotica causa Covid. La casa è fresca, spaziosa e luminosa, la posizione è ottima, sia per chi ha intenzione di viaggiare all’avventura delle più belle spiagge dell’isola, sia invece per chi vuole rilassarsi. In paese la spiaggia è bella, con sabbia oro e fine, dalla costa si può ammirare un tramonto bellissimo! Nel comune vicino ( S’Archittu), invece, troverete un arco dove fare tuffi meravigliosi e esplorazioni fantastiche con la maschera 😊 che dire, io e il mio compagno saremmo rimasti lì tutta estate! Vi consiglio vivamente questo soggiorno, noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente 😊 un abbraccio e grazie di cuore per tutto, Vittoria e Matteo

la maison est indépendante et donne sur un joli paysage de collines et l'arrière pays; la cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire, les chambres sont spacieuses (lit double très bien); un garage au rez de chaussée; nous avons pu petit déjeuner sur le balcon terrasse; natale et delia nous ont accueillis à la sarde, avec une grande gentillesse et disponibilité ; ils habitent une autre maison séparée de celle-ci par un jardin; à proximité (200m à pied) des falaises de tuf blanc d'une grande beauté, une belle plage, des grottes marines; à recommander sans hésiter. merci à delia et natale pour leur accueil.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man benötigt

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles was man benötigt. Natale und Delia haben uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, und haben uns jederzeit bei Fragen weiter geholfen. Beide sprechen nur italienisch, aber die Verständigung hat trotzdem funktioniert (mit Translator :) ). Es gibt einen kleineren Strand im Ort, den man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Weitere Stände kann man in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen. z.B. S'Archittu ( ca. 5 Min) und einen größeren Strand Is Arenas (ca. 10 min), de man in ca. 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
