The accommodation
The villa has a large terrace ideal for meals with family or friends facing the sunset. At the back of the house, a heated swimming pool of 21 m² without vis-à-vis is accessible on sunny days for moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

The wide beach is located only a few steps from the house just down the street.

warning: in case of very hot weather, the living room on the ground floor is very exposed to the sun, so it is hot but the outdoor terrace on the same level is very pleasant. The bedrooms on the ground floor are much more temperate (shutters on the ground floor but no shutters upstairs).
