Gîte du Pressoir - CUCHERY

CUCHERY, a small wine-growing village with 420 residents, located on the right bank of the Marne River in the Belval Valley. We are located in the heart of Champagne, 15 km from the A4 highway (Exit 23), 1.5 hours from PARIS, 17 km from EPERNAY, the capital of Champagne, and 25 km from REIMS, the cradle of the coronations of the Kings of France. Our village church is listed as a historic monument by Bâtiments de France. On site, you’ll find a small convenience store, a playground for children, and a go-kart track 2 km away. Our house, originally used for farming and winemaking and dating back several centuries, has been recently renovated and combines tradition with comfort. On the ground floor, a large 60-square-meter living area welcomes you with a bar, fireplace, living room, television, high-speed internet (fibre), and an open staircase leading to the upper floor. Also on this level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry room (with a washing machine), and a double bedroom with a 140/190 bed. Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms as follows: - 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 80/200 beds (which can be pushed together to form a 160/200 bed upon request) - 1 triple bedroom with 3 90/200 beds (2 beds can be joined to form a 180/200 bed upon request, resulting in one 180/200 bed plus one 90/200 bed) - 1 double bedroom with 2 90/200 beds (which can be pushed together to form a 180/200 bed upon request). The floor also features a shower room (with 2 showers and 2 sinks), a bathroom (with a toilet), and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a private enclosed courtyard with space to park several cars, a gazebo with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a lounge chair. To ensure your comfort during your stay, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), bath linens, housekeeping, and utilities are included in the rental price.
