  • At the gates of BORDEAUX, a true haven of peace with Spa, Sauna and heated swimming pool from April to the end of September. <br><br>Dear holidaymakers, welcome to the Domaine de la Ronce!<br><br>Ideally located between Bordeaux (30 km), Saint-Emilion (30km) and Blaye (the UNESCO citadel 22 km), this charming house of 135 m² in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards (barn of an old wine estate completely renovated) is perfect to recharge your batteries and take care of yourself, in a dream place, ideal for lovers of calm.<br><br>On the ground floor: an entrance hall with cupboard, a large living room with fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, filter coffee, teas, pressure cooker, etc.), to make you feel "at home". This kitchen is decorated with a central island and a bar. <br>A living room with a very comfortable corner sofa, a flat screen TV, DVD, FM docking station, Bluetooth. Board games for family fun. A pantry with washing machine and a toilet with washbasin. <br>In continuity with this large living room, relax throughout your stay, in the covered balneotherapy area, which is entirely dedicated to you. This area includes a High-end Spa (ClairAzur), with water at 37° all year round, a Finnish spruce wood sauna, as well as a walk-in shower. During your wellness session you will enjoy a beautiful view of the outdoor swimming pool.<br><br> On the 1st floor, a landing leading to 2 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes each including 1 Queen Sixteen bed with a new latest generation mattress (possibility of adding 1 single and/or baby bed per room on request), a large bathroom with shower and bath, double sink, then 1 toilet with separate washbasin. <br><br>Outside, a swimming pool (secured with electric curtain 10 x 5M with Romanesque staircase) heated from the holidays from April to October, which is entirely privatized during your stay. Perfect holiday cottage for a relaxing break. Fantastic quiet location with onsite private pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Also a large garden which is perfect for a game of badminton!! Hosts Anne Karine and Sylvain made us feel at ease. Wonderful couple!

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful retreat! The gîte was the perfect place to relax - the pool was a lovely treat in late April and the sauna was my personal favorite. Anne-Karine and Sylvain provided excellent recommendations - including a magical birthday dinner at a local restaurant. We loved everything!

Wow! As described, it truly is an exceptional house!

My husband and I recently spent 2 weeks in this wonderful home. It is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. The house decor is amazing and the landscaping is lush and really creates the feeling that you're truly by yourself. We can't say enough about this property. We would highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again if we're in the area!

Amazing!

We stayed here for the second year running as we love it so much. From the moment you walk into the beautiful gardens and pool area you just fall in love with this place. Just over half hour from the airport and you arrive. The house itself if spotless and you want for nothing, every amenity is there and its like home from home. Peace a quiet and a gorgeous pool area to sunbath and relax with a pool heated to a perfect temperature. Thank you to Stephane and Arielle for being perfect hosts and we hope to see you again next year! The Smith Family.

Best Ever!

Get the niggles out of the way first:- No English TV which would have been nice to relax for one or two nights and No Air Conditioning which was greatly needed in 37degree's heat and was too hot to sleep for a couple of nights but this would not stop us from returning. This villa is only half an hour drive from Bordeaux Airport which was great! There is a supermarket approx 5km away which sells all you need. The villa is absolutely home from home and immaculate in every way possible with lots of attention to detail. The pool is the nicest we have ever had, and we have stayed in many villas, kept at a lovely warm temp of 29 degrees and in lovely surroundings. You wanted for nothing in the kitchen which had everything you would need with all modern facilities.The hot tub and sauna were a welcome bonus! Absolutely lovely we had the best relaxing week ever and certainly will return hopefully next year, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Ein wunderbares Haus , bestens ausgestattet in wirklich ruhiger, schöner Umgebung. Die Gastgeber Anne Karine und Sylvain waren perfekt! Wir konnten uns fantastisch erholen. Der wunderschön angelegte Garten mit Pool ließ genausowenig Wünsche offen, wie das Haus mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Das Haus war rundum sauber, es fehlte an Garnichts. Wir können uns nur für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken und Haus und Gastgeber zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Euch , Anne Karine und Sylvain!

Une bulle de détente

Nous avons passé un week-end de détente grâce à la piscine chauffée, au jacuzzi et au sauna. La literie est parfaite et le gîte est très fonctionnel. Les hôtes sont charmants, réactifs et très discrets. C’est un havre de paix pour se ressourcer!

wunderschöne Gîte

Eine Ferienunterkunft, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Von einem geheizten Pool, Sauna bis hin zu einem Jacuzzi ist alles vorhanden. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i sind die charmanten und liebenswerten Gastgeber.

Très bon séjour chez Anne-Karine et Sylvain

Nous avons séjourné chez Anne-Karine et Sylvain pour le week-end du nouvel an. Ils nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et ont été aux petits soins pour nous pendant la durée de notre séjour. L'environnement de leur maison confère une petite parenthèse au calme. Les prestations ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Encore merci à eux !

Superbes vacances dans l'une des plus belles régions de France

La maison et les extras correspondent très bien à la description. Très belle piscine et atmosphère séparée. Sauna au top niveau ! Excellent soutien d'Anne-Karine et Sylvain. Pour plus de 4 personnes, ce sera probablement un peu étroit ... En tout cas, je le recommande vivement. The house and the extras correspond very well to the description. Very nice pool and separate atmosphere. Sauna at top level! Excellent support from Anne-Karine and Sylvain. For more than 4 people it will probably be a bit cramped .... In any case, highly recommended.

Un havre de paix

Semaine de vacances qui passe très vite dans cet écrin de verdure. Tout y est si paisible et reposant. Beaucoup de belles choses à visiter dans les environs, dont Saint Emilion qui a été notre coup de cœur.

Séjour très agréable…à refaire

Nous tenons avant tout à remercier Anne-Karine et Sylvain (les propriétaires) pour le merveilleux accueil que nous avons eu à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme dans un grand espace extrêmement propre. L’espace SPA et la piscine sont vraiment top ! L’espace extérieur est aussi à l’image de l’espace intérieur « impeccable et spacieux ». La maison est très bien équipée. Un vrai havre de paix sans vis à vis avec des prestations haut de gamme.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines exceptionnelles dans ce magnifique domaine!! Gîte bien équipé, propre, bien au calme mais en même temps proche de toutes commerces! Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine!! chauffée tous le temps à 29 voir plus!! Bien entretenu et situé dans un cadres de verdure magnifique!!Jaccuzzi et sauna pour se détendre en fin de journé. On s'est jamais ennuyé !! Merci à Sylvain et Anne karine pour leur accueil,disponibilité et gentillesse! + le petit bot de confiture délicieux. On reviendra avec plaisir !! Superbe gîte au coeur des vignes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un très beau gîte parfaitement équipé. La région offre de nombreux sites touristiques : plages, vignobles, citadelle de Blaye, estuaire de la Gironde, Bordeaux, bassin d'Arcachon... Piscine chauffée, Jaccuzzi et sauna pour se détendre en fin de journée ainsi qu'un très beau jardin offrant un magnifique couché de soleil.
