The property owner also requires guests to pay a 300 € damage deposit which is returned 7 days after check out if there are no incidents.



In Catalunya all property owners are required to collect guest information and provide it to local police within 24 hours of check-in so please have your identity cards or passports ready.



All guests over the age of 17 are also required to pay the tasa turística (tourist tax) which is €1,75 per day per guest up to a maximum of €12,25 per guest.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex designed for relaxation. When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.
