"I’ve stayed at plenty of five-star hotels in Miami, but from now on, I’m only staying at The Elser. Even though it’s a very busy hotel, everything runs seamlessly and is incredibly well-organized. The Staff They are absolutely amazing. The front desk team is knowledgeable, helpful, and creates such a welcoming environment. The concierge was also a standout. Every single member of the team is ready to assist at any moment. The Location You cannot beat it. It’s right in front of Bayside, the Port of Miami, and the Arena. Everything you need is at your doorstep. Value For the price you pay, the quality you get is unmatched. The hotel itself is gorgeous and modern. Even with the high energy and volume of guests, the service is a ten out of ten. If you want a smooth, luxury experience without the typical Miami ego, stay here."

"Shower was covered in mold, air conditioner was literally broken, room was 82 degrees the first two nights, till i couldn't sleep like that any more, cause there wasn't even a fan & i was moved to a different room. Much better room but wasn't offered a discount or anything for the first two nights of the stay. All i was told is, they were sorry the ac was broken, they were trying to fix it... Then don't rent a room, that isn't in working order."
