"I booked thru Hotels.com a standard room no smoking 1 queen bed and I have a service dog. exactly what the picture showed. when we got there I had to pay $15 more because I had to take a room with 2 beds because they didn't have the room in the picture."

"Arrived to discover that the hot tub had been closed for a couple years. This was disappointing since we booked the room hoping to use the hot tub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the shower took forever to get warm and then it didn’t last long."

"Property was pet friendly and there were no laundry vending machines to buy soap or softener near the actual washer and dryer nor a change machine. I had to request maid service as they did not come on the day after check in. I was given the option of a full clean or just towel service which I personally like since I don't always feel like I need a full clean each day. Over all the room was nice it was clean, the water in the shower was hot which is a big plus and the staff was friendly. Many ammenities near by. "
