The hotel is close to the night market, making it quick and easy to find a variety of places to eat nearby. It is also spacious, and the rooms are clean. The hotel provides plenty of amenities, including a safe and a mini fridge.
They also offer a shuttle service for airport scheduled pick-up and drop-off times,
One thing to note is that there are steps at the front entrance that guests must climb. This could be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities.
The breakfast buffet is just okay, but you can always go out and explore the local food options. The pool is clean and beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean while you swim. There are also chairs where you can relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, and unwind.
The staff also made our trip memorable by making a beautiful swan anniversary gift.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phu Quoc.

I enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing, or bringing my laptop to breakfast and getting a little bit of work done in a very comfortable space before I was lucky enough to put it away and just focus on enjoying the gorgeous weather for the rest of the day.

This is the prettiest hotel I have seen, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and pillows & very quiet considering it was in front of the massive Gastropub. The staff were friendly and checked everything was ok during breakfast each morning. Breakfast was ok you could choose something from a list be cooked fresh and help yourself to the buffet. The only negative which is quite big for us is the pool, it does not have one but you can use the bar pool behind the hotel, you have to get a towel from reception then at the pool there is nowhere really to sit and relax and people come and look and watch especially being westerners. We were going to book a day pass at the Hilton nearby the next day for Vnd 750,000 which you can use as a credit for food/drinks/spa but it was raining that day, you can use the gym and the pool area which has privacy and relaxing sun beds.
