Find a Great Motel Crystal River

"This place was super cute! Big room (fridge even has a freezer), bed was super comfortable, and the croissants at check in was a nice touch. Loved the location too. The thing that sucked was the late fee I got charged for checking in at 930pm. There was no mention of this anywhere, and even though I messaged the staff to keep them aware of my issues & delay due to travel, they never responded, and didn’t waive the fee. Be warned if you’re arriving after 9 whether it’s planned or unplanned. "

"It was ok for one night. The bathroom smelled and we asked for a king bed and got 2 doubles."

"Had a reservation. Upon arrival no room was available. We were told a guaranteed room by 4 pm. At 530 pm room was STILL not available. Needless to say we didn't stay. Lack of communication was very disappointing. Good luck and happy travels"

"Excellent customer service, the gal at the front desk was a gem. The towels and sheets were clean, and that is important. But the room was not cleaned properly. The floors, vanity, and bathroom were dirty. And the bathroom door was broken and had no latch, so it would not close all the way. One of the bedside tables had a broken leg. "
