Incredible views right from your own deck! Bring your water toys, book or bike.  There is a shallow water boat dock limited to 23' length, including motor, swim platforms, etc. and parking for your boat trailer. Docking is on a first come, first served basis.   Perfect location for boating, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, bird watching or just relaxing at the pool or spending a day at the beach, only a few miles away.   Located on a canal between Salt River and Crystal River, you will experience unobstructed views of marsh and estuaries.  Walking distance to Twin Rivers Marina.  There are many walking trails and Great Florida Birding Trails nearby.   Don’t forget your binoculars!
The condos are built on stilts and connected by boardwalks on a tidal marsh. Lots of windows give you opportunities to view marsh and coastal birds.

Amazing Cabana Style Rental

The property was wonderful and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing week in beautiful Crystal River. Location was perfect to get to the beach, marina, springs and all of the amazing wildlife was beautiful. Thanks for being wonderful hosts!

Excellent place and area

We went to the Crystal River area to swim with the Manatees. This VRBO is located in a perfect spot to get to several places where you can see them! The place was clean, quiet, and perfect for our trip!!

Pleasant surprise

Comfortable stay with everything you need for convenience. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean property. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to everything Crystal River. I would definitely book this property again for future returns to the area.

Crystal River Stay

Sawgrass Landing is the perfect place for a brief couples getaway close to nature. This was our second stay here and we’ll be back. We love the condo, the location and the view. The condo is clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was great!

Everything was great! This was a perfect, small, clean property that had everything we needed, with a nice view. You do need to be prepared and physically able to navigate the spiral staircase to the bed in the loft.

Quiet Retreat

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL long weekend at this perfect condo! We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, eating at the local seafood restaurants, hanging at the beach, swimming in the pool, reading books on the deck, shopping in the historic district. It was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the beauty of nature all around us.

Great time

My wife and I had a great time. Our friends got another building in sawgrass and it worked out great! Cleaning station was very nice and so was the pool. At super low tide you have to trim up to get back but its all idle anyway.

Birdwatcher’s Paradise

This is our second time staying at Sawgrass Landing and we just love this location. It’s a great place to bike, run and birdwatch. This lovely unit was nicely renovated after last fall’s storm. Many nice touches with every amenity needed. The deck was perfect for watching birds and sipping coffee. Thanks for sharing your place with us. Loved it!

Great birthday getaway

I picked this property for a quite long weekend for my boyfriend's birthday. The property owner was super nice, answering my questions ahead of choosing the booking. And of course, after booking as well. We enjoyed the surrounding nature and the nearby (very nearby) beach for nightly sunsets. The property was refreshingly clean. The property was stocked with necessities. It was very tastefully decorated. I feel like it is just right for a couples hideaway!

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed this location. It’s beautiful and peaceful with great access to Twin Rivers, and the fort island beach. The property was clean and had all the amenities to make for a good trip.

Our hosts and their place are awesome!

Great place is just right for a couple wanting an extended stay. Very convenient to hiking, kayaking, fishing areas as well as shopping and exploring. So nice, we have already reserved for next year.

Relaxing stay in the marshlands

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here in this sweet cottage. Loved bird watching from the deck and so many local springs and parks to enjoy. Wish we could have stayed longer.
