"We had a one night stay at the hotel. The quality was decent for the price we paid. We appreciated that the hotel didn’t charge us much for having our dog for 1 night & parking was free."

"Room was very clean. Suspect it was recently remodeled. Very quiet. We suspect there were not many occupants on the night we were there. We were told the internet wasn't working and we were offered another room in a nearby sister property. We declined because were not interested in the internet. What we didn't know was that all of the TV stations were sourced by internet, so no TV. The room we occupied (#20), there is a gap of about an inch between the bottom of the door and the door sill. Evening temp was in the 50's, so a chilly night. Had knock on the door at 8:30 am from housekeeping. Shocked that they should attempt access to the room so early. Instructions were to use the access code to lock the door when we left the room, which we did. When we arrived at our car to leave and notified them of our departure, we were told to enter a different access code to signal our departure. Clearly, we were not able to do that as we were already out. Weird."

"Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Couldn’t use the pool, definitely not the right season for it. Too cold. I’ve lived in Tahoe before and seen this but didn’t know how nice of a place 3Peaks was, and great room price!"

"Upon checking in the first staff that assisted us was not pleasant, with attitude insisting that i booked rooms according to their vacancy i wasnt aware that I booked the king beds and smoking room thats why she gave me 2 rooms king beds smoking but I beg her to change it because We are coughing already and smoking rooms were unappropriate but shes not very accommodating. I thought they were after customer's satisfaction It was a blessing in disguise that my card was decline need to deposit cash first when we came back another staff filipino young lady assisted us this time she was able to change the booking we were so glad by rooms she put us in 2 rooms 1 king 1 2 queen beds and with a beautiful view and non smoking. The room is very clean and well organized"
