"We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction...

"As soon as the gate was opened we knew we had arrived at a special Chambre d'hote. The property was well maintained, welcoming hosts and very comfortable and ekegant rooms. We had a delightful evening meal with the hosts and another couple. We are on a cycle holiday and were thrilled to have our laundry done for us overnight. In the morning our bikes had even been turned to the direction we were going to travel."

"Lorsque je suis passé chercher les clés à la réception accueil patronal arrivé dans l'appartement fenêtre ouverte froid radiateur de chauffage ne marchait pas et une ampoule sur deux de griller est la superficie ne correspond pas à ce qui est indiqué à la réservation cet appartement de 4 personnes convient juste à 2 personnes lorsque nous sommes arrivé à l'appartement une puanteur d'égout car la femme de ménage avait enlevé les bondes de lavabo et toutes les odeurs remontais"

"It is a very nice hotel overlooking a really beautiful medieval town. The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced and the breakfast was very good too. The swimming pool is great and was open late enough to enjoy it even after a day on the road. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone. Our only regret was not to stay longer."

"Grande maison très confortable, lieu idéal pour recevoir des amis, faire une grande rencontre de famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses lumineuses, bien décorées et bien organisées avec des rangements. La salle principale de repas est très grande pour tous partager un repas ensemble. La cuisine est bien équipée, vaisselle et couverts sont en abondance. Le salon est très confortable et joliment décoré. Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien aménagés. Le quartier est dans le calme absolu, lieu idéale pour recharger les batteries entre amis ou en famille."
