"This cottage is so charming! The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Pet friendly and wonderfully located with a great view on the water to watch the abundant varieties of waterfowl. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!"

Epic views all around and literally steps to the water. We adored this place and would 100000% stay here again. Mohssaine the caretaker was SO nice to chat with. Eric went above and beyond and Cheryl was a delight to communicate with. 10 stars. "

"No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. I didn’t want to give a bad review but I have emailed and messaged the hotel since then and only get automated responses. It was a disappointment because we like going to Vashon, but not sure we will try here again."

"From the time we checked in, the refrigerator did not work. I reported the issue immediately to Vacasa to the number on the support page, acting as a rep for VRBO. The first person did not ever get back to me. The second person I called was the Vacasa local manager indicated that evening that she would reimburse for the ice we purchased to try to keep the cold items we had just bought before checking in from spoiling and for the hassel of no refrigerator.
