"Not the typical Embassy Suites. This property is old and in need of updating. The walls and carpet are dirty, there’s also no towels in the pool area. When I asked for extra towels, I was told “we don’t have any at the moment”. Breakfast was interesting, I was glad they had paper plates because the dishes I pick up were dirty. The hide the bacon behind the counter in the omelette line too, which was pretty interesting. I experienced a plumbing issue inside my room. The tub filled when I showered and the toilet started to fill as well and stopped flushing. They did come to fix it but overall the property felt ran down. I guess can can’t really complain for the price right? I will say, my son left his phone in the room when we checked out and hours later I called back to see if someone found it. An employee by the name of Yolonda was so kind to go check for me and retrieved it for me. That was literally the best highlight of my stay! I appreciate her so much! <3"

"The room was clean, but the room overall had a bad smell when you walked in. The walls are extra thin. You can hear when people are talking or doing whatever they’re doing next door kept me up for four hours the one night that we stayed there. The beds are hard. I should’ve just slept on the floor probably would’ve been a lot more comfortable. "

"It wasn’t unnecessarily UNCLEAN but we did have a spider in our bathroom and after doing some research, it ended up being a brown recluse! We killed it and took it to the front desk to show them and I think their response was a little disappointing because of the severity of the type of spider was., they said that they would let me manager or someone higher up than the lady behind the desk, and they will get back to us. That was the first night. We checked out two days later and I had heard nothing from anyone. We brought it back up to a different staff member that was there when we checked out, and they replied to the same thing. But was nice enough to give us a very small discount, which is not what we were looking for. I thought they would at least offer to change our room come to find out they did not have the room we had purchased available. So if we would have switched rooms, it would be a downgrade. Which honestly the Lives of my husband, solving my children are worth a downgrade to know, and be comfortable that there was no brown recluse spiders in our room. They didn’t seem to know the severity of what we had found, and I explained it to the lady behind the desk and she was shocked. As we do appreciate the small discount we just wanted to be shown that someone cared about our children and how deadly those spiders are. Other than being on guard every time we unfolded a towel or sat anywhere honestly, the property was amazing and perfect for our trip!"

"Terrible conditions… the property it self is ran down. Definitely not kept up with. There’s crackheads everywhere. They keep the doors propped open with rocks so that their people can come in and out when they please. The elevators are broken so you have no choice but to take the creepy stairwell. My window had huge holes in the screens where it appeared someone had climbed through at some point. The room smelled terrible and the door frames were sketch. There was a gap in the door and the lock where it appeared maybe someone had wedged something through before to enter. Do not stay here. "
