"The room was clean but housekeeping did not clean for the 4 days we were there even when we asked each morning for clean towels or towel exchange and sheets to be change one morning. We even asked front desk as the house keeping staff kn the floor said they had to call and get permission each time we approached them. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go ask for some at the front desk..we had to ask for towels when we needed clean ones each day. Staff gave us sheets and said we could change the sheets ourselves."

"Although they are in the middle of renovating, they accommodated us all very well. We took our seven year old daughter and six of her friends to Birmingham Zoo for her birthday and stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The staff was very nice and responsive."

"I was supposed to check in at 4:00pm. I get a a call to check in my room until after 10:00pm. Once I was able to check in staff could not guarantee that my room would be clean. After checking in and inspecting that room was clean enough to staff the night, I was denied more towels as 4 people were in one room and we only had 3 towels. If at was to check out of a room 6 hours late I would be charged for any additional day. I feel my room should be comp and I should receive a free staff if I ever decided to return to this hotel, which is highly unlikely due to the service and my experience."

"After a 5 hour drive I arrived and room wasn’t ready at 3pm. Front desk staff informed me it would be a few more minutes, that quickly turned into about another 2 hours. Room was very spacious and comfy but could’ve been cleaner."

"The breakfast is not free.. $20 a person which is absurd for a hotel breakfast and the bartender said he didn't know how to make mixed drinks but the hotel was fine otherwise. Checked in early too."
