You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

3 bedroom home, Located on the main street of Crookwell

Located on the main street within walking distance to all town amenities.
Roomy 3 bedroom house.
Has just been renovated.
Brand new kitchen with full size oven & induction cooktop.
Large eat in dining area.
Lovely sitting room as well as a TV room.
Front verandah to sit and enjoy a morning cuppa in the sun.
Generous outdoor entertaining space.
Fully fenced yard for children.
3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, the third is a loft bedroom with 2 single beds accessed via a spiral staircase, not ideal for small children or elderly people.
One bedroom has large walk in closet ideal if you need to store special occasion attire.
PLEASE NOTE: The base booking rate is only for 2 people, you need to pay for extra guests at the rate stated. If you only book for 2 you will only have linen for 2 people.
Anything different about your booking please contact me & we will try to accommodate all requests.
Reverse cycle air conditioning.
It has steps at the front of property but has been made fully accessible via the rear kitchen door, other than loft bedroom, level floor throughout.
The newly opened town swimming pool & playground are located just across the road.
Service station nearby for emergency supplies.
Crookwell is a beautiful country town to explore, boutique shops, country pubs to dine at and coffee shops for your morning fix.
there is a walking track along the creek where you can spot the resident platypus.

Cozy Comfortable and Clean.

The house is in a great central location only a short walk into town. It has been recently renovated to a high standard and was a very comfortable abode for our stay.Highly recommended.

Wonderful Property

The house was warm, cozy, and tastefully furnished, truly a home away from home. As a family of six, we felt completely comfortable and had a wonderful time. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy.
