"The stay was pleasant, the place is clean and nicely decorated. However, the photos make it look like there are two bedrooms and more space, while in reality, there is only one bedroom and three rooms total. The lack of privacy is an issue, especially with the glass wall between the bedroom and the living room. The sofa bed was hard to use, we couldn’t even unfold it properly. Overall, the pool table is a nice touch, although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it."

"Very good little apartment to stay in. Is fairly near essential amenities and only a small journey from the train station which is direct to Geneva. Has equipment to do cooking if you want, and also has uber eats in the area if you're not in the mood to go out. "The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations. "

"You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic. The staff here were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! Any time I walked by the desk leaving or coming back, I was greeted with a “bonjour” and a smile. I had the panoramic room with my balcony facing the lake and was able to get views of both the city as well as the alps. Every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in a green screen. Just stunning! Housekeeping always came nice and early so everything was turned down by the time I got back after my daily explorations and the room was spotless. The rooftop hot tub and the sauna were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Centrally located. Nice and professional staff. Good price. Exceedingly clean. Close to the Metro stop. Kinda perfect. We ate great Lebanese, Vietnamese, and traditional Swiss food all within five minutes of this hotel. Very cool area of town. Make sure to check your messages and notifications in the hotels.com app a few days before check in for your free Lausanne travel pass. We didn’t realize we had the pass in our phone when we arrived in Lausanne, and took an Uber from the port to the hotel. No big deal, but we could have just jumped the Metro for free if we had realized we had already received the pass."
