"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."

"This is a small and cozy hotel has a breathtaking view of the area. It is a little off the beaten path allowing us to have peaceful rest. The owner was very lovely and friendly, doing everything from the cleaning to meal prep while we were there. This property is located at the top of a steep hill, and driving up it can be tricky if you are not used to it."
