"The hotel is of a very high standard with wonderful views of Mont Ventoux. We had a detached garden house which was amazing. Where the hotel is lacking is around a personalised service. There are minimal staff and they rarely interact with guests. The hotel operates on a “help yourself” basis. There is an honesty bar and breakfast is entirely self service. "Auberge de Cassagne is beautiful and serene. The staff are attentive and the property is beautiful and so well maintained. Our room was beautifully appointed. Simple and elegant. The beds are very comfortable and the linens so luxurious. My only complaint is that the dining options are so limited. The restaurant is amazing but you don’t want haute cuisine every night. There are no other optionsi the area except for a take out pizza place. Both us and the people in the room next to us chose to bring in pizza (the only option). It would be nice if the hotel had a restaurant with more “comfort food” options. "
